How to Create Your Resume (In detail)?

Hi friends, in this article I will share some steps about how to create your resume in detail in well structured and professional way. If you also, want to learn some necessary tips required for cracking any interviews you can read here.

Important Points - Create Your Resume (In detail)

Objective:
Keep your objective clear. Wherever you are going to interview, your Objective should also be according to that company. For example, for a data entry job, you cannot write your desired position on Objective like that -
These are the key features that you need to mention in CV

Photo:
Those who think that it is necessary to add photos, let me tell them that adding a photo is not necessary. Whether or not to put a photo depends on the nature of the job. For example, if you are going for the receptionist's job, then the photo becomes necessary. It is not necessary to have a photo for the back office or software developer job. However, if the photo is available then you can put it on your resume.

Relationship Status:
Some candidates write 'unmarried' which is the wrong word. Unmarried is especially for those who do not marry even when they are old. So write “Single” here. Paying attention to these small things makes your CV better.

Gender Vs Sex:
Many people use the word "SEX" to mentor male/female. This is not wrong in itself but it would be better to use "Gender" instead.

Hobbies:
The Hobby section is the section where there are mostly lies. Most candidates leave net surfing and watching TV by writing in hobbies. Please avoid mentioning such hobbies as it sounds silly and leaves a very bad impression on the employer’s side. Mention something very productive that you like to do in your free time, like reading books, drawing, recording music. Etc. If you do not have such a hobby, you can also remove this section.

Skillset:
Your skills, ie your ability, are the most important to get the job. Write about your positive points. If you have taken a short course, then write its skills too. It means; Write down whatever you can do related to the prospective job.

Proper Email id:
Keep your email id decent. Accounts like funnybaby@gmail.com or coolboy_abhishek@yahoo.com have negative effects.

Remember what you wrote in CV / Resume:
Do not ever remember what you have written in your resume. This happens mostly when you have copied or written something that you do not know. Do not write anything false, copied or you do not remember.

Different Resume for Different Jobs:
Make some changes in your resume as per the job opening. Try not to send the same resume everywhere. You can make some changes in objectives. Unnecessary skills can be removed.

Proofread It Twice:
Often we get spellings wrong in a hurry. Sometimes some sentences are also left incomplete. That is why it is important to proofread. Make sure to read the resume at least twice. You can also use Grammarly for proofreading or consult a friend or senior.

Academic qualifications:
Academic qualification means to give full details about your studies. After several years of work experience, it is not necessary to write it. But for freshers or less experienced people, it is necessary to write this.

Write these things in educational qualification
1. Passout year
2 . Marks
3. College or school name
